Hawaiian Fine Red Salt

Hawaii Alaea Red Salt is harvested on the island of Molokai in the Hawaiian archipelago. This is the “Alaea” sacred volcanic clay, which gives the Hawaii Alaea Red salt its terracotta colour and singular notes of toasted hazelnut. Season and garnish with the colour red. Excellent on fish, and foie gras.
