Black River Russian Golden Oscietra Caviar

Black River Caviar is produced in Uruguay South America. The golden-coloured Oscietra caviar is the rarer and premium product from the Russian Sturgeon. Black River Caviar is 100% natural and fresh.

This variety of caviar is made from Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon roe, of Russian origin. With a 3.2 mm diameter, their colour ranges from light brown to golden. Their texture is firm with a unique glazed shine, and their intense creamy taste with a touch of nuts nicely remains in the whole palate. Black River Caviar is 100% natural and absolutely fresh since it is never stored.
