The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is made of cooked and concentrated must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes aged in wood barrels and wine vinegar. Before bottling, the product is analysed to check the required specifications, and then it is bottled, capped, labelled and sealed.
