White Balsamic vinegar produced from the must of the Trebbiano grape and vanilla pod.
The white balsamic condiment is made of white grapes must aged in oak barrels and white wine Vinegar. It is enriched with a whole vanilla bean giving it a delicate aroma. Drizzle on mixed salads, cooked vegetables, boiled and grilled meats, fish and seafood (oysters, mussels, shrimps, clams, octopus, sushi), soft cheese (special on tomato and mozzarella salad), potato salad, fruit salad, sauces, to prepare aperitif beverages and cocktails.
