Centonze Crushed Olives in Brine 300g Jar
The Green Olives Pitted in Brine Centonze are sweet olives of the Nocellara del Belice variety preserved pitted in brine. They are produced using the Castelvetrano Method: the olives, after harvesting, are placed in drums containing water and soda; the next day we proceed to add salt which, when dissolved, creates the brine that allows a perfect conservation of the pitted olives.
