Savor & Sens Tellicherry Black Peppercorn features premium-grade black peppercorns sourced from the Malabar Coast of India, home to the renowned Piper nigrum. “Tellicherry” refers to larger, more mature berries that are left longer on the vine, developing deeper flavour and complexity.

Appearance is Larger-than-standard black peppercorns, deep brown to near-black colour with a wrinkled outer surface, dense and heavy.

Flavour is a full-bodied heat with a rounded, layered profile, earthy and woody undertones, subtle hints of lemony brightness and dried fruit & a less sharp but more complex than standard black pepper.
