Castaing Foie Gras Block of Duck Liver Ficelle 150g
Duck Foie Gras that has been partially cooked. Thinly slice and serve or cut and quickly sear in a pan.
Best served cool in some fine slices on lightly toasted bread. Goes well with a fig chutney or sauternes wine jelly.
Ingredients: Duck liver, port wine, white ground pepper, sugar, nutmeg.
