Acquerello Rice Tin
Acquerello Carnaroli Rice is celebrated for its exceptional quality and is produced by the Rondolino family at the historic Tenuta Colombara estate in Piedmont’s Vercelli province. This unique rice undergoes a meticulous process, including aging for at least one year in temperature-controlled silos, which stabilises the starches and enhances its flavour. The grains are gently whitened using a helix method, preserving their integrity. A patented process reintegrates the rice germ, combining the nutritional benefits of brown rice with the ease of cooking white rice. The result is a rich, nutty taste and firm texture, making it ideal for creating the perfect risotto.
