Saba is an Italian syrup. Produced from the slow cooking of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must. Combine or garnish both savoury and sweet foods. 

The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is made of cooked and concentrated must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes aged in wood barrels and wine vinegar. Before bottling, the product is analysed to check the required specifications, and then it is bottled, capped, labelled and sealed.
