Made with carefully selected sardines, extra virgin olive oil and a touch of salt, these sardines are hand-prepared within 24 hours of being landed, preserving their delicate texture and exceptional flavour. The fish are meticulously cleaned, cooked and arranged by hand before being covered in fruity olive oil that enhances their natural richness.
