Duck Rillettes 130g

Rillettes is a preservation method similar to confit. Duck is seasoned then slow cooked submerged in duck fat for several hours. The duck is shredded and packed, covered in duck fat.

A serving suggestion, lightly toast cut baguette, spread the duck rillette and serve as a canape or a light meal.
