BR Oscietra Imperial

Imperial Oscietra has light-brown to caramel colored eggs and offers a beautifully subtle, saline-infused richness and nutty, delicate character. Eggs are larger than other grades (3.05mm to 3.2mm).

Imperial Oscietra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) is farmed by Black River in Uruguay.
