Verrigni Semolina Fusilloni is a premium Italian dry pasta made by Verrigni, a respected artisanal pasta producer from Italy’s Abruzzo region. Made from high-quality durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn and slow-dried, this pasta has a distinctive texture that holds sauces exceptionally well.

Fusilloni are large, corkscrew-like spirals — essentially an oversized version of fusilli — with generous grooves and twists. The shape creates lots of surface area and nooks that cling to ingredients and sauces, delivering flavour in every bite.
