Balsamic vinegar, barrel age 10 years. Produced from the must of the Lambrusco and

Trebbiano grape. 

Poema is made of cooked and concentrated must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes aged in wooden barrels made of different woods (oak, chestnut, cherry, juniper, ash, mulberry and so forth) for 10 years. Each barrel is open to unable the natural concentration of the product by natural evaporation. Each year the product is transferred from one barrel to another to acquire the typical woody perfumes and tastes.
