Balsamic vinegar, barrel age 10 years with Truffle. Produced from the must of the Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape.

Starting with Casanova's classic balsamic, truffle extract is added and then aged to produce a beautiful combination of aroma and depth of textures. Fantastic to drizzle over steak or foie gras, this is an exceptional product.

The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is made of cooked and concentrated Must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes aged in wood barrels and wine Vinegar. Before bottling, the product is analysed to check the required specifications, and then it is bottled, capped, labelled and sealed.
