Valuing a passion for food and cooking culture before any relevant retail or FOH/BOH hospitality experience, we are seeking retail sales consultants with the culinary arts at heart. Those with the ability to share this love with others, enriching lives through a taste of the finer things in life.
There is unlimited knowledge to be gained and shared as a retail sales consultant at Gourmet Life. Seeing a fine food offering of caviar, truffles, European cheeses and seasonal produce (white asparagus, treviso radicchio, etc.), preserved seafoods, oils, vinegars, spices, chocolates, other confectionaries and much more sourced predominantly from the reaches of Italy, France, Spain, Uruguay and Iran, available in-store.
Working in a tight-knit team, we encourage all to muck in and assist with many facets of the day-to-day business. Seeing satisfaction in responsibility, with the expectation that work output is reflective of the strong input contributed by all team members. As such, the ability to multi-task and work effectively within an energetic environment is crucial to this role, along with a keen attention to detail.
Operating 7 days a week across two Sydney stores (Darling Point and Potts Point) your enjoyment of fine foods will continue outside of the varying open hours between 8am and 6pm with a 20% team discount to be redeemed on all items storewide.
