Verrigni Semolina Paccheri is a traditional Italian dry pasta made by Verrigni, an artisanal pasta maker from the Abruzzo region, crafted with premium durum wheat semolina and water, bronze-drawn and slowly dried to preserve flavour and texture.
Paccheri are large, hollow tube-shaped pasta — one of Italy’s most distinctive shapes — wider and more substantial than penne or rigatoni. The wide diameter and open centre make them ideal for rich, hearty sauces and stuffed pasta preparations.
