Ingredients
500g Pumpkin
3tbs Maison In’Ona Espelette Chilli Olive Oil
Terre Exotique Espelette Chilli Pepper for Seasoning

Method
Step 1: Heat oven to 135°c fan forced and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2: Peel pumpkin and slice to about 1-2mm thickness. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with espelette and salt. Toss pumpkin in oil and seasoning. Lay slices out on the baking trays.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 3: Turn the oven off and allow the chips to cool completely in the oven – this is when they crisp up.
